Anforderungen
- University degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, Economics, or comparable field, or equivalent relevant experience
- Fluency in English
- First relevant professional experience in controlling, financial planning, reporting, accounting, or business analysis

Aufgaben
- Act as the primary Finance business partner for HR, Legal, and Finance functions
- Understand stakeholder priorities, business challenges, and financial requirements
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders
- Translate complex financial information into clear and meaningful insights
- Support decision-making with fact-based recommendations
- Present financial developments to different stakeholder groups
- Ensure global Finance standards, policies, and guidelines are understood and applied
- Coordinate planning and forecasting activities across various functions and management levels
- Review and challenge budgets
- Prepare monthly year-to-go estimates
- Contribute to business plans, revised estimates, and long-term forecasts
- Proactively identify and communicate risks and opportunities to stakeholders
- Deliver timely and relevant financial information to budget owners and management
- Enrich reports with commentary, variance analysis, and business insights
- Support departmental budget tracking
- Maintain controlling master data, including cost centers, internal orders, and hierarchies
- Contribute to standard reporting and ad hoc financial analysis across controlling systems
- Serve as Finance representative in cross-functional initiatives
- Ensure financial requirements are considered in business projects and processes
- Review existing controlling activities
- Identify opportunities for automation and simplification
- Improve analytical quality
- Serve as Finance key user for workforce planning and reporting
- Coordinate intercompany recharge processes
