- Run onboarding calls and set up AI assistants with new DACH customers
- Translate customer business into prompt, knowledge base, and integration setups
- Test and fine-tune AI assistants for live deployment
- Help customers connect phone systems and set up call forwarding
- Follow up with inactive customers to drive activation
- Become a platform power user and learn feature use cases
- Share onboarding patterns and friction points with Product and CS
- Hand over activated customers with clean setups and notes
- Track onboardings and activation results in HubSpot
