Anforderungen
- Master's or PhD with hands-on procurement consulting and project management experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects and on-site teams
- Responsibility for cost control and implementation outcomes
- Strong commercial understanding including P&L impact
- Ability to connect procurement to cash, EBITDA, working capital, and operational KPIs
- Excellent category knowledge including market dynamics, suppliers, cost drivers, and negotiation levers

- Familiarity with data visualization tools
- Representing firm at procurement roundtables and industry forums
- Acting as credible ambassador and thought leader
- Support pitches and proposals with commercial insight and market knowledge
- Contribute compelling client narratives
- Team leadership and coaching capabilities
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Native or business fluent German (C1)
- Native or business fluent English (C1)
- Advantageous French language skills
- Advantageous Spanish language skills
- Willingness to work on client sites across Austria, EU, and internationally
Aufgaben
- Assess current procurement processes
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements
- Identify improvement opportunities by analyzing bottlenecks, inefficiencies, cost drivers, and risks
- Analyze procurement, logistics, planning, and distribution
- Design and implement cost-effective procurement strategies
- Ensure compliance and positive impact on EBITDA, working capital & operational KPIs
- Conduct supplier evaluations
- Lead negotiations and manage contracts
- Benchmark contracts against best practices
- Support ongoing supplier performance management
- Manage stakeholders and articulate procurement value to CFO, COO & supply chain leadership
- Prepare reports, forecasts, and spend analyses for strategic decision-making
- Lead or support large-scale change management transformation initiatives
- Support organizational restructuring, acquisition integration, and readiness planning
- Work in close collaboration with the local Austrian Managing Director
- Actively support sales and business development initiatives in Austria
- Help build and scale Interpath Advisory’s presence in Austria
- Engage with potential new clients and build trusted relationships
- Identify new opportunities across the Austrian market
- Partake in business development and marketing activities and events
- Expand knowledge and experience by working with Managing Directors on additional value chain topics
- Contribute to the development of the Procurement Consulting service offering
