Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Networking, Telecommunications or related field
- Significant network administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and advanced technical support experience
- Strong knowledge of network architectures and protocols (TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, Wi-Fi)
- Advanced hands-on experience with Wireshark and network analysis tools (Nmap, monitoring platforms)
- Proven experience diagnosing and resolving complex network incidents (security, performance optimization)
- Strong ability to analyze logs and metrics in cloud environments (Azure Monitor, Azure Log Analytics)
- Good knowledge of cloud, virtualization, and hybrid environments (Azure, VMware)
- Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) or equivalent certification
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent certification
- Customer-oriented working style
- Good communication skills
- Friendly and strong team player
- Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and motivation for innovative technical projects
- Excellent German and English skills (written and spoken)
Aufgaben
- Analyze, diagnose, and resolve complex network incidents
- Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, security, and site-to-site connectivity
- Use network monitoring and diagnostic tools to identify anomalies
- Analyze logs and metrics from cloud platforms, particularly Azure Monitor and Azure Log Analytics
- Troubleshoot incidents and optimize network performance using cloud logs
- Perform network testing, audits, and performance analysis
- Identify root causes of incidents and service degradation
- Produce detailed incident reports
- Document investigations and provide recommendations
- Take ownership of incidents through to full resolution
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners
- Maintain and improve the technical knowledge base
- Document troubleshooting procedures and diagnostic guides
- Train internal teams on network troubleshooting best practices
- Support internal teams on incident resolution techniques
