- International immigration know-how (EU, UK, US)

- Strong English skills
- German language skills (strong plus)
Aufgaben
- Own the new hire journey from offer to full ramp-up
- Facilitate international colleague relocations
- Build the fonio onboarding experience (pre-boarding, day one, first 90 days)
- Develop welcome kits, buddy programs, and team playbooks
- Automate onboarding processes for scalability
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new joiners
- Answer new joiner questions and resolve issues
- Conduct onboarding sessions on tools and ways of working
- Partner with Department Leads to create engaging onboarding sessions
- Ensure new hires have necessary access, equipment, and paperwork before day one
- Monitor onboarding progress and track completion
- Follow up on open onboarding items
- Maintain accurate documentation, employee records, and system access
- Ensure onboarding and relocation compliance with policies, GDPR, and labor rules
- Manage end-to-end international relocations (visas, permits, registrations, enrollment, housing)
- Develop country-specific relocation playbooks
- Manage relocation and immigration partners
- Guide new joiners on expat taxation with external advisors
- Identify onboarding bottlenecks
- Measure new joiner sentiment and ramp-up speed
- Continuously improve the onboarding process
