- Translate business requirements into technical specs
- Apply Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, VSM, and Ishikawa frameworks
- Streamline operational workflows
- Collaborate with Product Owners and developers
- Partner with engineering and local operational teams
- Validate and test implemented solutions
- Define process KPIs
- Build business cases including ROI, budgets, and timelines
- Track measurable impact of improvements
- Write Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Prepare change management documentation
- Support site teams for smooth process rollouts
- Feed field insights into continuous improvement roadmaps
- Contribute to strategic operational initiatives
