Aufgaben
- Support the development and implementation of global procurement policies, standards, and guidelines
- Define decision rights, approval principles, and exception processes
- Create clear guidance for compliance and practical team use
- Map and improve processes across sourcing, contracting, supplier management, and purchasing
- Identify gaps and opportunities to simplify ways of working
- Translate findings into standards, templates, and measurable improvements
- Lead selected workstreams from planning through implementation
- Manage milestones, risks, and stakeholder communication
- Develop playbooks, training, and communication materials for process adoption
- Translate procurement needs into requirements for systems, workflows, analytics, and reporting
- Ensure digital solutions reflect agreed processes and are easy to use
- Support the development of KPIs and dashboards for performance visibility
- Help measure process performance, policy compliance, and adoption
- Embed supplier risk, sustainability, and contracting requirements into procurement processes
- Turn assessments and feedback into practical improvement actions
