- Embed sustainability into transport decisions
- Ensure seamless and cost-effective pallet flows
- Shape future-ready logistics networks for outstanding customer service
- Define and implement KPIs to track 3PL performance
- Validate and leverage existing dashboards for 3PL performance tracking
- Monitor agreed KPIs, including IC sales performance
- Provide data-based recommendations to the 3PL Logistics
- Drive sustainability initiatives in collaboration with Logistics Technology
- Proactively identify environmentally friendly transportation routes
- Lead implementation of sustainable routes with 3PL partners
- Continuously analyze logistics cost development and cost structure
- Verify and improve logistics cost development and cost structure
- Maintain and upload rate tables in the Transport Management (TM) system
- Execute pallet management activities within logistics
- Monitor CHEP and IPP systems
- Control pallet costs and cost booking
- Reconcile pallet stock
- Support onboarding and implementation of new pallet management partners
- Provide quantitative logistics input to the Network Design team
- Provide qualitative logistics input to the Network Design team
- Support regular simulation runs and scenario planning
- Evaluate regionalization requests from a logistics perspective
- Evaluate expansion requests from a logistics perspective
- Assess infrastructure implications for network design and expansion
- Assess cost implications for network design and expansion
- Assess capacity implications for network design and expansion
