- Ensure successful implementation of logistics initiatives
- Connect Global Operations with subsidiaries and Distribution Partners
- Act as the regional logistics expert
- Drive end-to-end logistics excellence
- Optimize supply chain processes
- Support implementation of logistics strategies
- Ensure efficient and reliable logistics flows across the region
- Connect Headquarters with local markets and Distribution Partners
- Deliver stable, high-performing logistics operations
- Lead and support strategic logistics projects across the region
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes, eliminate inefficiencies, and improve operational performance
- Drive change initiatives with regional and global stakeholders
- Build strong relationships with Area Operations Managers, Supply Chain Planning, Customer Service, Procurement, IT, Quality, and external logistics providers
- Establish regular touchpoints with local markets
- Ensure alignment, transparency, and effective collaboration across the supply chain
- Support evaluation and continuous improvement of logistics networks, warehousing, transportation, and third-party logistics providers
- Analyze current logistics setups and identify improvement opportunities
- Establish efficient, scalable, and standardized logistics solutions across the region
- Monitor logistics performance using data and operational insights
- Identify opportunities to improve service levels and cost efficiency
- Recommend process enhancements
- Contribute to the implementation of best practices
- Ensure global logistics standards are consistently applied across the region
- Support transition towards more sustainable logistics operations
- Contribute to initiatives that reduce environmental impact
- Strengthen Red Bull's journey towards a net-zero distribution network
