Aufgaben
- Lead the IT agenda for strategic projects, subsidiaries, and business units
- Ensure business value, scalability, and effective execution of IT initiatives
- Translate business needs into clear roadmaps, recommendations, and actionable plans
- Act as a trusted advisor and communication lead for IT initiatives
- Drive alignment across business teams, local and global IT functions, and leadership
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, business leaders, local IT teams, suppliers, and central IT functions
- Align business needs with IT strategy and standards through influence
- Create commitment, foster accountability, and inspire teams through collaboration and empathy
- Drive governance, performance, and transparency across IT initiatives, integrations, service quality, and security
- Define and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and management reporting
- Provide clear insights for senior leadership and enable data-driven decisions
- Track roadmap delivery, budget performance, and business value
- Proactively identify risks and manage dependencies
- Turn complex information into actionable recommendations
- Lead complex IT projects and cross-functional programmes from planning through delivery
- Coordinate business teams, IT functions, suppliers, and partners
- Manage risks, dependencies, scope, budgets, resources, and delivery capacity
