- 3-5 years project, program or portfolio management experience
- End-to-end Supply Chain know-how, FMCG environment preferred

- Collaborate with project teams to collect and consolidate updates
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of portfolio performance
- Monitor project health, including timeline and budget
- Track project deliverables from initiation through closing
- Coordinate cross-portfolio dependencies to deliver company-wide results
- Assess project risks and anticipate challenges
- Execute mitigation strategies for project risks
- Keep stakeholders informed of project status and risks
- Support Portfolio Manager in preparing reports and materials
- Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders for project prioritization
- Develop portfolio roadmaps at program and project levels
- Ensure roadmap alignment with strategic goals and budget constraints
- Provide quarterly portfolio updates via newsletter
- Evaluate impact assessment for new project proposals
- Ensure new project proposals align with existing portfolio objectives
- Promote collaboration to avoid siloed decision-making
- Define, design, and execute proposed solutions
- Provide guidance to project owners on portfolio framework standards
- Ensure project goals and benefits are understood by leadership
- Engage stakeholders to implement new processes
- Support change management initiatives
- Facilitate project review meetings
- Ensure project meetings align with portfolio goals
- Assist in facilitating portfolio review meetings
- Prepare materials for portfolio review meetings
- Summarize outcomes of portfolio review meetings
- Collect and validate project data with project teams
- Conduct regular data quality checks
- Ensure data reliability and completeness for portfolio dashboards
- Provide insights into progress, risks, and resource allocation
- Encourage Project Owners to update Workfront information
- Meet with Project Owners for alignment
- Brainstorm improvements to PM methodologies with the team
- Brainstorm improvements to tool setup with the team
- Brainstorm improvements to communication paths with the team
