Anforderungen
- Commercial education or university degree
- First relevant experience in procurement/purchasing/supply chain
- Excellent organizational skills, accurate, structured, proactive working style
- Strong stakeholder and service orientation, cross-departmental coordination
- Advanced MS Office (Excel); SAP and SharePoint experience advantageous
- Interest in procurement systems, reporting, data analysis, process improvement

Aufgaben
- Support global and regional procurement operations and purchase administration
- Maintain procurement master data for European plants in SAP
- Create, update, and administer purchase contracts
- Ensure complete documentation and signature follow-up with suppliers
- Act as a central contact for buyers, affiliates, and suppliers
- Coordinate supplier documentation and sample requests
- Coordinate specific internal or customer-related information
- Support international import and export processes
- Manage shipping documentation and certification requirements
- Prepare procurement reports and track KPIs
- Contribute to data quality and system enhancements
- Contribute to continuous process improvements
- Provide back-up support for procurement administration
- Provide back-up support for trading-related activities
