Anforderungen
- Completed studies or comparable education
- Approx. 3 years procurement/process management experience
- Solid project management skills, independent project leadership
- Hands-on SAP MM knowledge, ideally in process implementation/rollout
- Strong analytical skills, advanced MS Excel knowledge
- Data-driven, detail-oriented personality, enjoys turning data into recommendations
- Excellent German and English (business fluent)
- Communicative team player, hands-on, solution-oriented mentality
- Structured, result-oriented working, strong service orientation
- Willingness to travel 20-30%
- Knowledge of SAP BI, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or Power BI
- Experience as SAP inhouse consultant or comparable SAP consulting
- Experience in international, multi-site environment (food industry a plus)
- Solid SAP MM and project experience
Aufgaben
- Support the procurement organization in implementing, harmonizing, and standardizing processes
- Run and roll out procurement projects at company locations
- Take ownership from planning to go-live for procurement projects
- Work with international colleagues
- Translate process data into better decisions
- Independently implement and roll out operational and tactical procurement processes in SAP MM
- Manage the process from contract creation and purchase requisitions through to goods receipt
- Implement processes remotely and on site at various locations and divisions
- Focus on indirect material, stock material, and orders for major projects
- Analyze and evaluate existing procurement processes and IT systems
- Support harmonization and standardization efforts from IT and procurement perspectives
- Develop and implement KPIs, monitoring, and reporting solutions for the request-to-pay process
- Translate process and spend data into actionable recommendations
- Further develop data management and data quality in SAP MM
- Manage procurement and process projects across the Group
- Develop training materials and formats for procurement process rollouts
- Train and support key users remotely and on site
- Cooperate closely with local and divisional procurement experts and the IT department on SAP MM activities
- Comply with applicable compliance guidelines
