Aufgaben
- Manage end-to-end development and product lifecycle of POS and Trade Marketing Materials
- Develop impactful event equipment assets like bars, tents, and DJ desks
- Create project-related briefing documentation
- Manage the entire tender process, including supplier selection
- Oversee the execution of product launches with nominated suppliers
- Ensure products meet compliance requirements, certifications, and testing
- Plan and manage product development budgets
- Support local entities in co-developing market-specific solutions
- Oversee product category lifecycle from introduction to phase-out
- Manage product documentation and maintain accurate records
- Address quality complaints and drive continuous product improvements
- Oversee creation and maintenance of Product Master Data
- Approve shipment audit reports following product quality inspections
- Lead innovation research and feasibility studies
- Identify new supply markets and technologies for POS products
- Conduct competitive sourcing exercises for existing products
- Optimize supplier selection and pricing strategies
- Ensure strategic sourcing of high-quality materials and solutions
- Improve existing products with sustainability in mind
- Develop new products with sustainability in mind
- Consider product carbon footprint and energy consumption
