Aufgaben
- Lead IT delivery of digitalization and AI initiatives from scoping to handover
- Coordinate cross-functional and cross-site teams to develop digital solutions
- Provide IT project and delivery leadership
- Lead end-to-end digitalization and AI projects
- Translate business needs into IT project scope and requirements
- Manage IT project planning, timelines, budgets, and quality
- Manage IT project risks, dependencies, and resources
- Align stakeholders across plants, engineering, and central functions
- Work with Business Project Manager on priorities and milestones
- Coordinate and manage external suppliers and implementation partners
- Coordinate technical implementation activities and pilot executions
- Coordinate productive deployments and multi-site rollouts
- Support the Digitalization & AI strategy
- Contribute to improving IT project delivery practices
- Support a collaborative digital mindset across the organization
