Aufgaben
- Drive global purchasing contracts and agreements strategy
- Develop best-in-class contract standards, terminology, and governance frameworks
- Lead digital transformation of contract management with AI and process simplification
- Partner with Legal, Finance, Sales, and Procurement stakeholders to develop contract solutions balancing risk, value, and operations
- Provide expert negotiation support, advising on language, trade-offs, risk, and financials
- Establish and monitor KPIs for contract compliance and value
- Lead projects to implement and optimize purchasing documentation and agreements
- Strengthen data-driven decision-making across Purchasing, Logistics, and Supply Chain
- Identify and mitigate supplier, commercial, financial, sustainability, and geopolitical risks
- Translate sustainability trends and regulations into supplier expectations and sourcing strategies
