- Advise on international assignments, permanent transfers, business travel, remote work, and multi-country employment
- Assess tax, social security, immigration, and permanent establishment risks
- Develop compliant, business-oriented solutions for cross-border employment
- Design and evaluate international employment models
- Support executives, managing directors, and senior leaders
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external advisors
- Manage and coordinate tax, social security, payroll, immigration, and employment law aspects
- Ensure compliance with global regulations and corporate policies
- Support audits and reviews
- Monitor legislative developments
- Further develop processes, standards, and governance frameworks
