Aufgaben

  • Originate, structure, and execute energy, renewable energy, and infrastructure finance transactions.
  • Advise clients on optimal financing structures.
  • Develop tailored concepts with financing partners.
  • Prepare financing proposals, term sheets, credit applications, and transaction presentations.
  • Lead negotiations of commercial terms, financing documentation, and transaction structures.
  • Work closely with internal partners and RBI network banks.
  • Build relationships with sponsors, developers, advisers, public authorities, and market participants.
  • Identify trends and new business opportunities.
