Anforderungen
- University degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Law, or equivalent training
- Minimum 5 years expertise in international corporate or asset financing (client-facing or credit risk)
- Good working knowledge of LMA standard loan documentation
- Expertise with Excel-based financial models for credit risk assessment and stress tests
- Highly motivated and proactive individual
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Sound business judgment
- Analytical, pragmatic, and creative problem-solving approach
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Preferably excellent verbal and written communication skills in German
- Participation in bank meetings
- Attendance at site visits (mostly international)
Aufgaben
- Actively manage a portfolio of international structured financings
- Work closely with senior colleagues on infrastructure and energy transactions
- Serve as the first line of defense for financings
- Interact directly with senior management of borrowers
- Interact directly with syndicate banks
- Interact directly with facility agents
- Interact directly with external advisers
- Act as a member of cross-functional transaction teams for new businesses
- Leverage experience from managing existing exposures for new propositions
- Ensure new propositions remain within the bank’s appetite and portfolio parameters
- Work closely with senior colleagues on annual credit reviews
- Propose internal credit ratings
- Participate in Credit Committee meetings
- Analyze finance contract amendments and waivers
- Procure relevant internal approvals with senior colleagues
- Monitor ongoing operational performance of borrowers
- Monitor ongoing financial performance of borrowers
- Monitor compliance with financial covenants
- Monitor compliance with other contractual obligations
- Monitor reporting requirements
- Participate in bank meetings
- Attend site visits
