Anforderungen
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, or comparable qualification

- Expertise in transfer pricing, international tax, financial reporting (IFRS, local GAAP)
- Exposure to BEPS 2.0 / Pillar Two is an advantage

Aufgaben
- Co-manage and oversee international tax matters for the ITS Group
- Act as the central point of contact for subsidiaries on transfer pricing
- Design, maintain, and monitor the global transfer pricing model
- Perform functional and risk analyses for transfer pricing
- Conduct benchmarking studies for transfer pricing
- Draft and maintain intercompany agreements for transfer pricing
- Prepare annual transfer pricing documentation
- Support group companies in drafting intercompany agreements
- Implement intercompany service level agreements
- Implement intercompany licensing arrangements
- Implement intercompany cost-sharing models
- Ensure compliance with international tax regulations
- Manage Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR)
- Manage DAC6 compliance
- Manage Pillar Two / Global Minimum Tax compliance
- Manage withholding tax obligations
- Manage tax registrations
- Prepare internal tax reporting
- Prepare external tax reporting
- Enhance tax reporting processes
- Enhance tax KPIs
- Enhance internal tax controls
- Calculate current taxes for financial statements
- Calculate deferred taxes for financial statements
- Collaborate with Accounting and Controlling teams on tax calculations
- Prepare tax documentation
- Maintain tax documentation
- Review tax documentation
- Prepare transfer pricing documentation
- Maintain transfer pricing documentation
- Review transfer pricing documentation
- Establish a centralized documentation framework
- Establish a centralized tax policy framework
- Support tax audits
