Anforderungen
- Higher secondary education and relevant commercial/vocational qualification in business administration, procurement, tourism, travel management, or comparable field, or equivalent professional experience/university degree
- Experience with sourcing, negotiations, contracts, SOWs, KPIs, SLAs
- Experience with ground transportation, supplier onboarding, international rollouts
- Supplier performance management, benchmarking, forecasting, market insights
- Practical experience with online booking tools, key-user support, testing, issue escalation
- Understanding of TMC operations, booking processes, master data, billing
- Strong analytical, reporting, presentation, communication, stakeholder management skills
- Structured, commercially minded, solution-oriented approach, ownership, attention to detail, balancing strategy and operations
Aufgaben
- Lead and support global sourcing initiatives
- Manage global preferred hotel programme
- Monitor supplier performance against KPIs
- Act as key user for Online Booking Tool
- Resolve operational escalations for travellers
- Prepare monthly travel spend and hotel reports
- Manage global tenders and supplier negotiations
- Define service requirements, KPIs, and SLAs
- Ensure negotiated hotel rates are loaded and available
- Lead supplier reviews and follow up on corrective actions
- Coordinate functional and user acceptance testing
- Coordinate Travel Management Company's daily service delivery
- Maintain Travel Hub, guidelines, and FAQs
- Support country rollouts for ground transportation programmes
- Identify opportunities to improve service quality
- Provide clear escalations and support ongoing improvements
- Support supplier onboarding and country rollouts
- Provide negotiation support for meeting and event travel
- Develop training materials and employee communications
