- MSc degree in Materials Science, Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Experience with metallic materials and assembly processes
- Knowledge of material qualification, testing, and process validation
- Experience developing engineering specifications and technical documentation
- Familiarity with regulatory and environmental compliance requirements
- English proficiency at B2 level
- German proficiency at B2 level (preferred)
- Experience supporting cross-functional engineering and manufacturing activities
- Knowledge of material failure analysis and process improvement methods

- Lead qualification and validation of materials and processes
- Plan and execute material and process testing
- Develop, maintain, and update specifications, standards, and reports
- Manage materials and process projects
- Collaborate with teams to integrate material and process requirements
- Provide technical support for material selection, manufacturing challenges, and failure investigations
- Ensure compliance with industry and regulatory requirements
