- 5+ years in data science, operations research, data engineering, or related technical role
- Pharmaceutical development and/or clinical supply chain experience

- Translate business problems into mathematical models for simulation and optimization
- Design analytics for integration with WebApps and/or Agents
- Develop probabilistic forecasting and stochastic optimization techniques
- Serve as a business analyst to develop business cases for new digital capabilities
- Define and track KPIs for digital transformation value
- Contribute to designing, building, and implementing data foundations and pipelines
- Contribute to developing custom web applications for user interaction with data products
- Work with Change Management and SMEs to design and implement AI-enabled business processes
- Contribute to the Decision Intelligence Strategic Roadmap
- Translate business requirements into mathematical representations and technical specifications
- Translate data and model outputs into interpretable business insights
- Collaborate to define and implement AI-enabled decision making processes
- Develop business cases and articulate value propositions for new digital capabilities
- Define and track KPIs to monitor value realized through digital transformation
- Develop mathematical models to simulate and/or optimize business processes
- Design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines using Databricks, Python, Dataverse, and SQL
- Transform raw data into contextualized, AI-ready data products
- Design, test, and implement agentic AI workflows using Copilot Studio
- Automate decision-making processes and generate proactive business insights
- Develop and deploy user-friendly WebApps for interaction with data and analytics
- Utilize VS Code and AI coding assistants with GitHub for version control
- Ensure code quality for scripts, applications, and data models
- Work with system architects to ensure scalable, secure, and efficient DevOps
- Document processes, code, mathematical models, data models, and system architectures
- Provide training and technical support to end-users for new digital capabilities
