- Coordinate complex, cross-functional programmes involving Operations, Technology, Data Office, HR, and Control Functions
- Establish and maintain effective governance frameworks, steering committees, and executive reporting mechanisms
- Monitor programme progress, milestones, risks, dependencies, and value creation
- Challenge existing processes and identify opportunities to simplify, optimise, and enhance operational performance
- Facilitate executive decision-making through analyses, recommendations, and presentations
- Support implementation of initiatives related to operating model transformation, digitalisation, data, automation, and AI
- Foster alignment and collaboration across diverse stakeholder groups in a matrix environment
- Contribute to change management efforts and drive adoption across impacted teams
