- Define project plans, governance, milestones, and metrics
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery
- Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders
- Facilitate workshops and working groups
- Prepare executive presentations and project updates
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes and enhance employee experience
- Support adoption and implementation of initiatives
