Anforderungen
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in 3D visualisation, spatial design, retail design, or related field
- Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max and strong knowledge of V-Ray or equivalent rendering engine
- Degree in architecture, interior design, spatial design, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
- Strong understanding of scale, proportion, materials, lighting, spatial composition, technical drawing, and spatial planning
- Experience with Archicad, Cinema 4D, and Adobe Creative Suite (advantageous)
- Proficiency in using AI tools for creative and visualisation workflow enhancement
- Experience in retail, luxury, hospitality, exhibitions, or branded environments (advantageous)
- Portfolio showcasing high-quality visualisation work across different project stages
- Strong eye for detail and commitment to high-quality, consistent visual output
- Proactive, organised, and comfortable managing multiple assignments and shifting priorities
- Collaborative team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills, open to feedback and different perspectives
- Ability to interpret creative direction while bringing own ideas, recommendations, and solutions
- Curious, adaptable, and solution-oriented, with ability to remain focused and organised under pressure
- Value trust, transparency, and consistency, understanding how 3D visualisation aids team exploration and decision-making
Aufgaben
- Create high-quality 3D visualisations and imagery
- Translate creative briefs, sketches, and design directions into spatial concepts
- Visualize retail spaces, pop-ups, POS elements, furniture, and brand installations
- Contribute to projects from concept exploration through approval and handover
- Explore and test design options, materials, lighting, and customer experiences
- Lead 3D visual output for assigned projects
- Collaborate with Creatives, Graphic Designers, and Trade Marketing
- Prepare visual materials for internal reviews and presentations
- Support implementation teams with visual clarification and creative guidance
- Contribute to special projects and new creative developments
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to changing priorities
- Maintain organised project files and consistent visualisation standards
