- Broad knowledge of NoSQL database systems (plus)
- Experience in manufacturing environments (advantage)

- Fluent English required

- Readiness for occasional travel
Aufgaben
- Drive implementation, deployment, and Group-wide rollout of the Enterprise Data Catalogue
- Drive adoption of the Enterprise Data Catalogue across business and IT teams
- Maintain, administer, and continuously improve the catalogue in operation
- Ensure data in the catalogue remains accurate, complete, and up to date
- Design and configure metadata ingestion, data classification, and data lineage
- Lead the catalogue as a cross-functional initiative spanning all Group divisions
- Coordinate stakeholders toward a shared outcome for the catalogue initiative
- Define and run the operating model for the catalogue
- Onboard new domains and sources to the catalogue
- Manage catalogue releases and upgrades
- Monitor catalogue usage and data quality over time
- Propose improvements to catalogue structure, governance processes, and adoption strategy
- Support the definition of data standards
- Contribute to the evolution of the global data architecture
- Document and manage system-agnostic data definitions across multiple data domains
- Create and maintain conceptual and logical data models
- Create architectural documentation using corporate templates, including LeanIX modelling
- Collaborate closely with Data Domain Architects and Business Representatives
- Ensure consistency and quality with Data Domain Architects and Business Representatives
- Support the coordination and implementation of data governance initiatives and frameworks
