- 2-4 years building/deploying AI, data, automation, or software solutions
- Consulting, technology, or innovation-driven enterprise experience (plus)
- Ability to take ambiguous problems from idea to implementation
- Experience with business stakeholders, end users, and technical teams
- Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or similar languages
- Practical experience with APIs, databases, Git, testing, and CI/CD
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure
- Experience with workflow automation platforms (n8n, Power Automate, or comparable)
- Ability to combine code, low-code, and partner technologies pragmatically
- AI-powered applications, assistants, or agents
- Agentic solutions using Anthropic, OpenAI, LangGraph, or Microsoft frameworks
- AI-native engineering tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, or equivalent)
- LLM-based solutions (RAG, tool calling, MCP, multi-agent orchestration, guardrails, evaluation, observability)
- Azure-based AI solutions (Microsoft Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, or comparable)
- Data products, analytics solutions, reporting, integrations, or automation workflows
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Clear communicator translating business needs to technical solutions
- Hands-on, proactive, delivery-oriented builder mindset
- Curious, pragmatic, eager to learn new technologies
- Strong ownership to turn ideas into production-ready solutions
- Excellent written and spoken English
- German (C1) for Zurich or French (C1) for Geneva
