- Prepare S&OP meetings
- Follow up on agreed actions
- Contribute to consensus forecasts and reconciliation
- Identify gaps, constraints, and risks
- Support mitigation scenarios
- Consolidate customer demand and priorities
- Coordinate demand planning
- Track progress for product transfers, ramp-ups, ramp-downs, phase-ins, and phase-outs
- Monitor forecast accuracy and KPIs
- Coordinate corrective actions
- Improve and digitalize planning processes
