Aufgaben
- Lead the Hire & Move product grouping
- Ensure journey coherence across Talent Attraction, Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Internal Mobility, Global Mobility, Executive Scouting, and External Workforce
- Drive portfolio health and disciplined investment
- Contribute to defining and driving People Experience strategy and priorities
- Define the multi-year ambition for enabled journeys
- Translate company strategy into coherent journey outcomes
- Align Product Owners and partners around end-to-end results
- Maintain understanding of user needs across the portfolio
- Sponsor human-centered discovery and use external benchmarks
- Define measurable business outcomes for portfolio choices
- Define and drive automation, AI, and agentification strategy
- Balance digital self-service, intelligent agents, automation, and human interaction
- Define business outcomes and priorities for the technology roadmap
- Identify and prioritize simplification of fragmentation, duplication, and technical debt
- Act as the primary portfolio relationship owner with Expertise Hubs
- Translate functional strategy and policy into portfolio choices
- Own portfolio strategy, composition, and health
- Establish common product cadences and align roadmaps
- Arbitrate priorities and recommend investment, acceleration, or consolidation
- Own the KPI and value-realization framework
- Manage portfolio cost and investment views
- Make or recommend capacity and financial trade-offs
- Ensure appropriate regulatory, policy, and data privacy controls
- Ensure controls are regularly tested and failures are addressed
