Aufgaben
- Act as the primary on-site HR representative for the Module business in EU
- Provide day-to-day HR support, consultation, problem-solving, and coaching to managers and employees
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs
- Drive end-to-end recruitment, including active sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
- Build a strong talent pipeline in the solar/renewable energy sector
- Own employee relations, handling complex cases, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, investigations, and grievances
- Provide on-site HR support for the Zurich office
- Manage local people processes, including visas, payroll coordination, benefits, and policy implementation
- Ensure seamless support for expatriate managers relocating to Switzerland
- Drive talent development and career conversations
- Proactively identify skill gaps
- Coordinate training programs
- Facilitate individual development plans to enhance team performance and employee engagement
- Support and guide managers in performance review cycles, goal setting, and performance improvement plans
- Ensure compliance with EU labor law and internal HR policies
- Advise management on local employment regulations and risk mitigation
