Anforderungen
- University degree in finance, accounting, economics or related discipline
- Accounting qualification (Swiss CPA or equivalent) with strong IFRS and Swiss accounting knowledge
- At least eight years relevant finance experience with solid accounting, reporting, and controls background
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Strong analytical judgement and ability to translate complex accounting, treasury or tax matters into clear recommendations
- Confident communicator and collaborative business partner, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders
- Proven ability to take ownership, manage projects and improve processes
- Knowledge of tax, treasury and/or SAP S/4 is an advantage
Aufgaben
- Lead month-end close for JTI Investments Sarl and other Geneva Swiss entities
- Lead Group reporting for JTI Investments Sarl and other Geneva Swiss entities
- Lead P&L and balance-sheet review for JTI Investments Sarl and other Geneva Swiss entities
- Prepare statutory financial statements
- Coordinate with external auditors
- Drive planning cycles
- Partner with Global Tax on funding strategies
- Partner with Global Tax on capital contributions
- Partner with Global Tax on intercompany financing
- Partner with Global Tax on dividend strategies
- Partner with Corporate Treasury on funding strategies
- Partner with Corporate Treasury on capital contributions
- Partner with Corporate Treasury on intercompany financing
- Partner with Corporate Treasury on dividend strategies
- Oversee tax compliance
- Oversee JSOX controls
- Oversee Country-by-Country (CBCR) reporting
- Oversee Japanese-Controlled-Foreign-Company (JCFC) reporting
- Oversee related governance requirements
- Oversee related documentation requirements
- Lead future SAP implementation
- Lead setup of new finance flows for entities in scope
- Drive JTI SA treasury controlling
- Drive JTI SA treasury reporting
- Support accounting oversight for reduced-risk product (RRP) activities
- Support controlling oversight for reduced-risk product (RRP) activities
- Partner with Business Development on acquisitions
- Partner with Business Development on disposals
- Partner with Business Development on investment transfers
- Partner with Business Development on restructuring
- Partner with Business Development on strategic transformation projects
- Coordinate with key Corporate stakeholders for aligned execution
- Coordinate with key Corporate stakeholders for effective execution
- Work closely with other JTI SA C&R team members
- Coordinate with GBS C&R team
