Aufgaben
- Reconcile general ledger accounts
- Perform accounting analyses and reporting
- Review and recommend accounting system modifications
- Maintain and reconcile fixed assets schedules
- Support month-end and year-end closing
- Develop and document business processes and policies
- Ensure compliance with GAAP principles
- Liaise with the Finance Manager on financial procedures
- Support the Finance Manager in preparing annual financial statements
- Assure tax compliance and respect tax deadlines
- Manage Italian tax legislation and VAT compliance
- Assist with tax audits and tax returns
- Interact with internal and external auditors
- Oversee daily accounting department operations
- Ensure the integrity of financial data
- Manage the full accounting cycle
- Prepare simple annual statutory financial statements
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies
- Contribute to the accounting closing of Swiss, Italian, and UK entities
- Oversee general accounting operations by controlling financial transactions
- Verify financial transactions
