- Develop and enhance maintenance strategies for technical assets and production systems
- Maximize equipment reliability, compliance, and operational availability
- Establish and optimize maintenance plans for new and existing assets
- Define spare parts strategies
- Manage master data for maintenance
- Oversee maintenance documentation
- Align maintenance activities with long-term reliability objectives
- Drive maintenance excellence through data analysis
- Monitor maintenance KPIs
- Manage work orders
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Improve plant operability, reliability, and performance
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including planners, service providers, technicians, operators, engineers, and quality teams
- Ensure effective scheduling of maintenance activities
- Ensure availability of maintenance resources
- Ensure timely execution of strategy-driven maintenance plans
- Provide system training as a maintenance expert
- Offer troubleshooting support
- Provide technical guidance
- Maintain high-quality asset data
- Identify opportunities to improve equipment availability
