Aufgaben
- Take ownership of gowning and cleaning compliance
- Ensure MSAT concepts are implemented, audit-ready, and improved
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Drive investigations for cleaning and gowning processes
- Present concepts during audits
- Contribute to operational and site-wide cleaning excellence initiatives
- Lead and enhance site-wide gowning, cleaning, disinfection, labeling, and identification programs
- Support audits, inspections, investigations, CAPAs, and continuous improvement
- Coordinate and oversee external cleaning service providers
- Ensure training compliance and performance management of external providers
- Act as the primary point of contact for operational maintenance and shutdown activities
- Drive cleanliness zoning and contamination control
- Partner with MSAT, QA, Operations, and Engineering teams
- Implement compliance concepts
- Optimize cleaning and gowning processes
- Contribute to strategic site-wide improvement projects
