- Lead and improve aseptic compounding processes
- Provide hands-on technical support to operators
- Troubleshoot process issues
- Drive deviations, investigations, and corrective actions
- Execute and support validation and qualification activities
- Prepare, review, and maintain GMP documentation
- Maintain equipment and processes in inspection-ready state
- Support internal and external audits
- Contribute expertise in sterile manufacturing
