Aufgaben
- Perform laboratory work in biochemical, analytical method development (Protein Engineering)
- Produce peptides according to established procedures and guidelines
- Execute sample and batch production according to orders and instructions
- Independently execute, monitor, and document synthesis processes
- Prepare buffers, solutions, and mobile phases
- Prepare buffers, media, and other solutions upon request
- Maintain complete, accurate, and timely documentation
- Evaluate and analyze reports
- Study and learn about new projects, methods, or subject areas
- Communicate and escalate deviations, issues, or delays proactively
- Perform routine inspections and calibrations of laboratory equipment
- Ensure proper and reliable operation of laboratory instruments
- Act as System Owner for assigned laboratory equipment
- Coordinate maintenance, calibration, and service activities
- Monitor maintenance schedules and ensure compliance
