Aufgaben
- Record and administrate personnel master data in payroll, timekeeping, and CDS.
- Record and check variable payroll data.
- Start payroll process and check data for payment/accounting.
- Secure co-worker registration for social insurances and tax authorities.
- Secure co-worker registration for daily allowance insurances.
- Monitor daily allowance payments.
- Prepare and forward credit notes for accounting.
- Establish monthly withholding tax statements for tax authorities.
- Monitor and forward incoming invoices to accounting.
- Monitor expiration of child allowances.
- Establish year-end statements for social insurances and tax authorities.
- Assist with reconciliation.
- Establish diverse personnel and salary data reports.
- Complete forms for social insurances and execution offices.
- Contact external and internal partners.
- Support line managers, co-workers, and local HR on social insurance and HR system matters.
- Establish personnel ID cards and secure building access for co-workers.
