- Leverage Zabbix Agent 2 capabilities
- Drive migration and decommissioning of legacy NWA Agent monitoring
- Integrate Vtom servers and batch processing into Zabbix
- Integrate Year-End environments into Zabbix
- Integrate application and infrastructure log monitoring into Zabbix
- Improve reliability, quality, and relevance of monitoring alerts
- Improve log parsing mechanisms
- Prepare and support deployment of new production monitoring infrastructure
- Define and implement security processes for Zabbix
- Implement governance for Zabbix and Agent 2
- Manage lifecycle of Zabbix and Agent 2
- Lead replacement of MoniPiguet
- Transition monitoring capabilities to strategic platforms
- Integrate Zabbix with ITM and Jira
- Automate incident and ticket lifecycle management
- Implement intelligent alerting
- Implement workflow automation
- Monitor batch-progress
- Manage escalation processes
- Manage alert acknowledgements for on-call teams
- Automate incident creation and closure
- Produce KPI reports on incidents
- Produce KPI reports on monitoring effectiveness
- Produce KPI reports on service availability
- Produce KPI reports on operational performance
- Analyze trends to recommend improvements
- Recommend improvements to increase service reliability
- Recommend improvements to increase operational efficiency
- Contribute to service reviews
