Aufgaben
- Provide up-to-date knowledge of Private Banking and Wealth Management trends
- Present and explain existing platform capabilities
- Define and challenge project scope
- Capture and document customer business outcomes for requirements and solution designs
- Agree Joint Target Operating Models with customers
- Design platform integrations
- Provide business transformation support and consultancy
- Advise on regulations and platform compliance
- Deliver customer training programmes and knowledge transfer
- Configure and deliver platform solutions using our methodology
- Hand over to and support analysts and developers
- Conduct functional reviews and TDD walkthroughs
- Define business readiness processes
- Agree service level agreements (SLAs)
- Verify defects
- Run the Model Wealth Solution configuration process for new implementations
- Support the sales team in winning and sizing new projects
- Carry out consulting assignments for customers
- Define propositions and Target Operating Models
- Document customer requirements for platform solutions
- Work with customers and internal stakeholders to define proposition and product requirements
- Provide market expertise
- Act as an SME in platform functionality
- Help customers define propositions that utilize or enhance platform capabilities
- Understand Platform Target Operating Models and interfaces
- Advise customers on best practice operating model design
- Capture customer configuration points in service configuration documents
- Act as a propositional leader and guide clients on platform change
- Break down scope items into core and nice-to-have functional elements
- Translate bespoke customer requirements into platform solutions
- Take ownership for delivering platform change to clients
- Lead delivery teams to ensure on-time and quality delivery
- Review and quality assure design documentation for new platform solutions
- Incorporate re-use of existing functionality where possible
- Provide consultancy services to other clients and projects
