Aufgaben
- Ensure compliance with EMEA employment legislation, works councils, GDPR, and policies
- Lead and coordinate HR audits, including documentation reviews and compliance monitoring
- Maintain employment records and HR documentation per legal requirements
- Partner with legal counsel on labor law matters and compliance updates
- Monitor EMEA legislation and drive policy and process updates
- Support immigration and work authorization processes
- Manage employee lifecycle administration, including hires and terminations
- Serve as primary HR contact for employee relations matters
- Conduct workplace investigations and recommend resolutions
- Guide managers on performance management and policy interpretation
- Support reduction-in-force, restructuring, and organizational changes
- Manage leave administration and accommodations per country requirements
- Execute EMEA performance management, employee engagement, and talent reviews
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding activities
- Drive process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support HR system data integrity and reporting requirements
- Ensure completion of employee training and compliance certifications
- Produce HR metrics and reporting for leadership teams
- Monitor compliance-related metrics and identify areas of risk
- Maintain workforce data accuracy and support audit requests
- Analyze employee relations and turnover trends for improvement
