Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, analytics, data science, or engineering
- 5+ years of relevant experience in financial analytics, business analytics, FP&A, operational finance, or data analytics
- Strong financial acumen (P&L, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, cost drivers, margin, profitability, financial modeling)
- Ability to integrate financial/operational data and translate analysis into business insights/recommendations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex, ambiguous business problems
- Experience with analytics/BI tools (Tableau, SQL, Snowflake, similar) and advanced Excel
- Practical experience or strong interest in AI/automation for finance/analytics
- Strong business acumen understanding operational, customer, workforce, financial performance relationship
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to influence stakeholders
- Proactive and intellectually curious, identifying insights and opportunities
- Ability to collaborate effectively across functions, cultures, and geographies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

- Provide insights and recommendations on revenue, cost-to-serve, margin, profitability, productivity, workforce capacity, and customer performance
- Support financial planning and performance management
- Support forecasting, budgeting, P&L analysis, and variance analysis
- Identify risks and opportunities
- Translate complex business questions into structured analyses
- Provide forward-looking recommendations for leadership action
- Support regional OGST by connecting financial and operational KPIs to business outcomes and strategic priorities
- Apply AI, automation, and advanced analytics to identify patterns and anomalies
