- Experience as Business Analyst, Consultant, IT Consultant, or Requirements Engineer
- Around three or more years experience in financial services, banking, insurance, or enterprise environment
- Strong understanding of system landscapes and application architectures
- Strong understanding of data flows, master data, and CRM processes
- Strong understanding of data quality, governance, and process optimisation
- Ability to understand complex business and technical topics

- Ability to work effectively across Business, IT, Data, CRM, Architecture and project teams
- Very good German skills, ideally C1/C2 level
- Good English skills, ideally B2 level or above

- Help clients improve processes, data landscapes, and ways of working
- Contribute to transformation, optimisation, data, master data, and CRM initiatives
- Translate requirements into concepts, specifications, and user stories
- Develop decision-ready recommendations
- Analyse complex business and technical requirements
- Analyse system landscapes and application architectures
- Analyse data flows, data quality, governance, and processes
- Identify practical opportunities for improvement
- Help reduce complexity
- Develop pragmatic solutions that meet business and technology needs
- Work across business functions, IT teams, architects, and project stakeholders
