Anforderungen
- University degree or equivalent qualification in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- 7-10 years professional experience in asset management, investment management, or banking
- Experience in communications, executive engagement, events, or related field
- Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills
- Strong PowerPoint and storytelling skills for structuring complex investment topics into clear, engaging executive narratives, presentations, and speaker messages
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and preparing executives or experts for speaking engagements
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Proactive, collaborative, and confident working style
- Good understanding of digital and internal communication channels
- Fluency in English; German is an advantage
- Experience in impact investing or sustainable finance is an advantage
Aufgaben
- Develop clear, engaging content from complex investment topics
- Prepare speakers and presentations
- Manage selected internal and external events
- Lead communications and content preparation for executive events, conferences, and speaking engagements
- Take end-to-end ownership of events and town halls
- Plan and coordinate events and town halls
- Develop content for events and town halls
- Prepare speakers for events and town halls
- Orchestrate support functions for events and town halls
- Manage follow-up communication for events and town halls
- Support executives with presentations and briefings
- Prepare executives for selected external engagements
- Develop compelling storylines based on investment and business topics
- Identify, assess, and recommend speaking and positioning opportunities
- Create high-quality presentations and communication materials for senior stakeholders
- Coordinate event-related communications across internal and external channels
- Develop relevant content and messaging with Investment teams, Sales, and Impact & ESG
- Ensure event materials support sales follow-up and broader communications
- Collaborate with the Senior Marketing & Communications Manager
- Provide mutual support to the Senior Marketing & Communications Manager
- Ensure consideration of Compliance, Risk, Sustainability, and corporate brand requirements
