- University degree in law, economics, or social sciences
- Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) or equivalent investigative credential
- Advanced training in fraud investigation
- Solid experience in fraud investigations
- Field experience in developing countries investigating misconduct
- Full professional fluency in French and English
- Knowledge of Arabic or Spanish is an advantage
- Expertise in investigation techniques
- Extensive knowledge of legal, procedural, evidentiary standards

- Willingness to travel and conduct investigations in remote, hardship, physically challenging environments
Aufgaben
- Plan, organize, conduct, and manage investigations into alleged misconduct and policy violations
- Lead ad hoc investigation teams in higher-risk investigations
- Plan, organize, lead, and manage complex fraud investigations
- Act as the expert focal point for fraud investigations conducted by other team members
- Manage investigation activities of Investigation Officers 1 and 2 and/or ad hoc teams
- Contribute to the performance management and development of Investigation Officers 1 and 2
- Act as Regional Investigation Manager in the Manager's absence
- Obtain and review relevant documentation
- Conduct interviews and take statements
- Gather and analyze electronic evidence
- Analyze facts, determine findings, and formulate recommendations
- Prepare complete and concise investigation reports
- Carry out post-investigation tasks
- Prepare cases for submission to the internal justice system
- Conduct information sessions on investigation processes for staff
- Coach Investigation Officers 1 and 2
- Perform other duties in support of the Investigation Unit's operations
