- Set and own long-term account marketing strategy for Strategic Key Accounts across EMEA
- Lead seasonal cross-functional GTM planning with Sales and Product
- Integrate account marketing plans into the wider marketing mix
- Direct marketing tactics and channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion
- Review account and campaign performance, adjusting plans based on results
- Own the Strategic Accounts Marketing budget, managing investment to ROI and financial targets
- Manage senior relationships with account partners as marketing lead and escalation point
- Lead internal communication with senior leadership to promote the team's work and visibility
- Align internal stakeholders and drive execution across functions
- Improve processes, ways of working, and team effectiveness
- Lead and develop the Strategic Accounts Marketing team
