Aufgaben
- Develop and deliver training for WtX, RG, and PtX plants
- Manage client training activities, ensuring scope, schedule, quality, and budget
- Develop tailored training concepts and materials
- Coordinate training delivery with all relevant stakeholders
- Deliver and supervise classroom, hands-on, and online training
- Train shift team leaders, operators, and maintenance personnel
- Travel internationally for site training up to three months annually
- Drive continuous improvement of training solutions
- Enhance training methods and software
- Support tender and budget preparation
- Develop internal Academy programs
- Share lessons learned across future projects
