Aufgaben
- Partner with the General Manager and Sales Leadership to define and build a practical system for pipeline velocity and sales execution
- Build, test, and improve AI-enabled workflows that reduce manual work for sellers and Account Managers
- Automate recurring country-level and EMEA-DACH reporting, ensuring outputs are accurate, consistent, and easy to use
- Analyze pipeline, sales activity, and business performance to identify risks, opportunities, and recommended actions
- Support Account Managers with AI-enabled account preparation, insights, follow-up workflows, and other tools that improve sales rigor
- Drive cross-functional projects with Sales and Sales Operations
- Support the German Sales team with ad-hoc operational tasks, including one-off analyses, client presentations, and the creation of insights
