- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships
- Excellent MS Office knowledge (Powerpoint, Excel)
- Perfect command of spoken and written English (CEFR C2)
- German language skills are a plus
Aufgaben
- Conduct strategic analyses
- Conduct market assessments
- Develop financial analyses, including competitive benchmarks
- Develop business cases and financial models
- Lead or coordinate cross-country strategic projects with RTL Group affiliates
- Monitor strategic initiatives and value creation plans with RTL Group affiliates
- Ensure effective implementation with RTL Group affiliates
- Support M&A opportunities in line with group-wide strategy
- Align with RTL Group affiliate teams on innovation and market trends
- Prepare Executive Committee and board materials
- Work alongside external advisors and consultants
