Define and evolve RTL Group’s strategic growth agenda and corporate strategy
Lead group-wide strategy projects and transformation initiatives
Drive cross-functional projects across streaming, broadcasting, content production, AdTech, and digital
Challenge and support business units on strategic execution and value creation
Evaluate portfolio options, investment opportunities, partnerships, M&A transactions, and business development initiatives
Develop strategic recommendations for the Group Executive Committee and Board
Develop strategic narratives for capital markets and key stakeholders
Manage external advisors and consulting teams
